The imposing house is situated on the first line on the incomparable coast of south-western Europe with an average 300 sunny days a year! It is on the cliffs, not far from the lighthouse of Alfanzina and approx. 3km east of the romantic old fishing village of Carvoeiro and 5 minutes walk from the picturesque sandy bay of Carvalho.

We offer luxurious comfort with fantastic sea views, beautiful gardens filled with exotic plants, and a heated pool. The beautiful equipped house ensures that even the low season becomes an unforgettable holiday experience.

The Villa

The luxurious villa has 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms with an en suite in the main house, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom in the Poolhouse. The large common premises including a living- and dining room, a bar & lounge, an eat-in kitchen as well as several outdoor seating areas are fit to meet the expectations of even our most sophisticated clients. Amenities such as air-conditioning, floor heating, internet etc. are matters of course in this villa.

The property is surrounded by 2’500m2 of beautiful gardens full of typical Portuguese trees, shrubs, and colourful plants.

Relax

A kind and competent maid takes care of the household, Mondays to Fridays 9:30am until 1:00pm, Saturday from 9:30am until 11:00am, excluding public holidays. A pool technician takes care of the pool with its azure blue water and our gardeners expertly maintain the beautiful gardens surrounding the house.
